St Mary's Cray
The social housing development of twenty nine flats is located on the site of the locally listed former police station. The former police station was converted into five flats; three further new build blocks of twenty four flats were constructed around the perimeter of the site to form a courtyard with associated car parking and amenity space. The scheme received two awards for conservation in the built environment from the London Borough of Bromley in 2009.
