We were commissioned to obtain planning permission and provide the working drawings to convert the grade II listed Georgian detached house into apartments. The proposals included replacing the existing 1950’s rear extension with a new block of flats over four floors. The original features and room layouts to the Georgian house where carefully retained and protected and the new rear wing was designed with a contemporary treatment that would blend in with its context.
